I think one of the primary reasons Her Highness wants to be president is give America a sharp rap across the knuckles for rejecting her plan back in 1993.

And, by the way, how can anyone take this woman seriously on health care when she STILL has no specific plan. The plans offered by Edwards and Obama are lame, but at least they exist!
