		<description>I love our US health care, and I am tired of it getting misrepresented and maligned. I also think Canada has a very fine system, and I wish we wouldn&#039;t malign them. I used to live in the UK, and I found the NHS less than ideal, but I think they are very good overall and deserve better treatment in the US media too.</description>
