It's easy to assert that he couldn't have. Heck it's easy to assert anything--that's why you said it, right? I know it's hard to believe that there is actually a candidate who doesn't engage in your Bovine Scatological philosophy of pragmatism.... But you all are right. Paul is clearly a wacko. Anyone who would turn down that fat congressional pension and anyone who would return a substantial part of his congressional office budget on a yearly basis, clearly has a screw loose.
