As a single mother of two & just 16 dollars above poverty, any type of assistance would be helpful to me.

But, I would never trade ("free" see my children when you can healthcare,) for the sliding fee scale clinics that are in most cities in America.

I would rather pay for care that is needed ASAP, then for the government to tell me that my child must go on a waiting list.

why is mandating anything part of the ideas for America anyways.

McCain makes as much sense as alphabet soup with half the letters missing. What a glorious dumbasxs he is.
His metaphor is full sh1t since all of us are born with a body that requires good healthcare and a government that saps and hardly anyone owns a house in their lifetime (the bank owns your house until you finish paying for it)our labor in the way of taxing our every movement. It is not only logical to demand healthcare it is in the best interest of the state to protect its' people- this sham of murdering the poor through neglect and filling the void with immigrants bites america in the ass by populating america with unamerican ideas and unamerican people that send their money home instead of investing in the USA. If we close our borders and focus on the quality of life of the people we already have it would be a smart step in the right direction.
