Barack Obama has been successful in the Democratic primaries and caucuses largely because he doesn’t seem as threatening as Hillary Clinton. Even for Democrats, Hillary is a little scary. I mean, we’re talking about someone who sees political opposition in terms of dark conspiracies.
So, how does a scary authoritarian like Hillary counter a challenge from a purveyor of innocuous bromides like Barack Obama? Answer: she and her various media lackeys portray him as even scarier than she is. Thus, we get sly hit pieces like this segment from CNN:
Yep. You heard that right. Longtime promoter of the Clinton cult of personality, Joe Klein, has the crust to call Obama’s support “dangerously self-referential.” Sadly, like Charlie Brown falling for Lucy’s football trick, many conservative pundits and bloggers have been taken in by this latest scam and are credulously promulgating the meme.
As I have repeatedly said, I’m no fan of Obama’s. But the guy just isn’t as scary as Hillary and her zombie-like minions.

And speaking of Hillary’s media lackeys, MSNBC is promoting another canard to supplement the “Obama is a creepy cult leader” meme. It would appear that his use of the words “periodically” and “claws” means he’s a misogynist. Nope. I’m not kidding. And, of course, the usual zombies have jumped on this as if it weren’t utterly risible.
