Barack Obama offers a health care reform plan that envisions a much larger role for the federal government in the day-to-day operation of our medical delivery system.
Before signing on, however, the voters would be wise to consider the bureaucratic mismanagement that plagues the government health care programs we already have.
ER Nursey provides an illustrative example of the moronic policies that government health care bureaucrats routinely foist on Medicare patients and providers:
Home dialysis. It is cheaper, safe, more effective and results in less hospitalizations … But it has to be done 6 times a week instead of the three treatments done in the dialysis clinic so Medicare won’t pay for it.
They won’t pay for it even though it is cheaper than the clinic treatments as well as saving money on hospitalizations. The government is made up of pencil pushing, bean counting MORONS!!!!!
This sort of bureaucratic stupidity, as anyone who deals with Medicare and CMS knows, is not unusual. It is, in fact, the defining feature of government health care programs.
So, when Senator Obama tells us he’s going to fix health care by getting the government more involved, don’t believe it. His bureaucrats will take a dysfunctional system and make it worse.

Medicare does fund home dialysis.
