As some readers will have already noticed, HCBS has a new contributor. I’m delighted to welcome Elizabeth A. Terrell as a contributor.
Elizabeth has a B.S. in Economics from the University of Mary Washington. She has worked with the National Taxpayers Union and Foundation, where she contributes to the GovernmentBYTES blog, and is an occasional contributor to the American Spectator.
Elizabeth will be contributing posts as her busy schedule permits and the spirit moves her. If you haven’t read it yet, her first HCBS post can be found here.
