Rolls over clutching sides... I see your sense of humour is still intact in Obama times. Not a murmur about the American Cancer Society's campaign for equality of care, and the plethora of horror stories about bankruptcies and deaths in the US thanks to lack of funds (so common that they don't get prominent reports, unlike in the UK). And of course, this is not a 'death sentence' - the poor man has terminal renal cancer in any case and is receiving - free - the gold standard of care. The UK's NICE has actually so far rejected just seven out of 106 drug appraisals and only for so far unproven treatments.</description>
