		<description>The amount of money we waste of "blood cultures x 2" for pneumonia and the people we hire (in the "compliance" department) to make sure we adhere to this pneumonia thing that has never been shown to do anything...If we don't do it, however, we risk not being allowed to treat ANYTHING.  The emails we get celebrating the % of people for whom we adhered to this standard which improves nothing, the posters, the NAUSEA.

In other news, Oceania produced 57 million boots last quarter, in excess of their goal of 52 million, but, still, half the country goes barefoot.</description>
