One of the most important things to remember about Obamacare, is that it isn’t “reform.” It is merely an expansion of current government programs combined with the creation of new federal bureaucracies such as:

The Health Choices Administration

The Public Health Investment Fund

The Health Insurance Exchange Trust Fund

The Bureau of Health Information

The Office of Minority Health

The Health Care Program Integrity Coordinating Council

The National Health Care Workforce Commission

And, don’t forget, these new hives of government drones will be seperate from the vast federal bureaucracies that already meddle with, and muck up, the health care system: Michelle Malkin lists some of these:

The Department of Health and Human Services

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services

The Veterans Health Administration

The Indian Health Service.

Obamacare, in other words, is about to add several legions to the destructive army of apparatchiks the federal government has already unleashed on the U.S. health care system.

Can anyone be stupid enough to believe this will make health care more efficient?
