If you answered yes to this question, you belong to a shrinking minority. According to the latest Rasmussen poll, fewer than a quarter of your fellow Americans buy this fairy tale:
Just 23% believe passage of the reform legislation will lead to lower health care costs. Most voters (53%) say it will lead to higher costs, while 18% expect prices to remain about the same.
Most of the voters do, however, believe that the various Democrat “reform” bills will result in a reduction of quality:
By a 50% to 23% margin, voters expect the passage of the congressional health care reform bill will cause the quality of care to go down.
The public is right. Unfortunately, it gets even worse. As I wrote last month in the American Spectator, Obamacare will also reduce access to care.
But, hey, let’s look on the bright side. It’s “change.”
