Barack Obama’s health care Czarina, Nancy Deparle, isn’t merely laden with countless conflicts of interest, she is also keeping an eye on those of us with the temerity to dissent. Michelle Malkin fleshes out this tawdry tale:
Czardom has its privileges. This week, President Obama’s health care overlord launched a taxpayer-funded initiative to recruit an Internet Snitch Brigade that will combat ‘disinformation about health insurance reform.’
Which begs an obvious question:
What will health care czar Nancy DeParle do with this information? Where will it be stored? Who has oversight of the czar’s powers, budget, and personnel?
I think it’s a pretty good bet Czarina Deparle isn’t using the data to compile a Christmas card list. Odd that our “progressive” friends are so unconcerned about this, is it not?
All of those librarians, journalists and bloggers who seemed so upset about “domestic spying” during the Bush years are curiously silent on Obama’s “narc on your neighbors” project.
