Why does a friend of mine who works full time but his employer does not provide health care benefits, his wife works full time but her employer does not provide health care benefits.  So for private health care coverage for himself, his wife and their teenage daughter, who are all in good health, is paying $1,200 a month..........

That is just plain crazy.</description>
