PRESIDENT OBLARNEY VS. SARAH BARRACUDA

At the White House, and among Obama’s supporters in the media and the blogosphere, the party line on Sarah Palin is that she is irrelevant. At worst, she is a somewhat unhinged nuisance.

It is, however, blindingly obvious that they don’t actually believe this. In reality, she scares the hell of of them. Thus, President Obama used part of his big health care speech to call her a liar:

Some of people’s concerns have grown out of bogus claims spread by those whose only agenda is to kill reform at any cost. The best example is the claim, made not just by radio and cable talk show hosts, but prominent politicians, that we plan to set up panels of bureaucrats with the power to kill off senior citizens.  Such a charge would be laughable if it weren’t so cynical and irresponsible.  It is a lie, plain and simple.

Yep. The President of the United States, before a joint session of Congress, actually took the time to attack the Facebook lady. And, ironically, it is Obama rather than Palin who lies.

President Obama and his congressional accomplices obviously believe in rationing and that is why their “porkulus” bill provided $1.1 billion to the Federal Coordinating Council for Effectiveness Research.

This bureaucracy is meant to operate like the UK’s National Instute for Clinical excellence, a hive of health care apparatchiks tha has certainly handed down plenty of death sentences.

I hope she is a contender. She can tag-team with Bachman and make it a laugher.

He would be wise to promote her as his adversary in 2012. Palin at the helm of the GOP would likely forever break that party! Shrewd move Obama.
