Dr. Marcy Zwelling does a good job of spelling out what’s on the line here. The less-than-slick delivery enhances her credibility. This is a real person who is obviously worried:

Agreed. She has an honest demeanor, a quality argument, and a delivery that won’t earn her any acting awards. And that’s good, because she is a physician, not an actress. Nor is she one of those talking head doctors who spend all their time on TV or writing books, and barely ever treat patients.
I bet that Dr. Zwelling has treated countless patients, and has a quality practice. This whole country needs to hear more from practicing physicians, and less from talking heads and bureaucrats, when it comes to healthcare.
