Your own Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says:

'The incidence of vector-borne and zoonotic diseases (VBZD) is difficult to predict and model. Climate is one of many variables known to affect the rates of these infectious diseases. Climate change may result in changing distribution of VBZD prevalent in the U.S. This could cause formerly-prevalent diseases such as malaria and dengue fever to re-emerge, or facilitate the introduction and spread of new disease agents, such as West Nile virus.'

Charles is absolutely correct. In fact, every insect-born disease I've seen listed so far as a 'harbringer of global warming' has absolutely nothing to do with temperature. They are simply not a problem in the more modern parts of the world because we have learned how to control the insects and treat the diseases they spread. Things we learned back when science was used to learn stuff, and not to advance political agendas.

Marc, your position reflects the general ignorance of all those who have been sucked in by AGW theory and propaganda.
The fact is that malaria has nothing to do with Global Warming.
This is an historic fact, since malaria has previously existed, and in fact was endemic to places like Canada and Russia before it was wiped out by the prodigious use of pesticides like DDT.
This really illustrates how ignorant and easily manipulated you kids are.

When a plague of malarial mosquitos invades the southern US you'll bear in mind that there are no health effects of global warming because, er, global warming doesn't exist.
