Come on David – you know full well that Bush, Cheney and co played a game of linking 9/11 with Iraq but never quite saying it was so. As a result, at one point 70% of your fellow Americans at one point believed Saddam was among those behind 9/11. Were you one of them? I’d be amazed if Palin wasn’t.

Nice try, Michael, but this won’t do.

Nowhere in this quote (or any other) does she accuse Saddam of being involved in 9-11, the dishonest WaPo headline nothwithstanding.

It’s all in the verbs. The important verb here is “rejoiced.” Even a Sarahphobe would admit (I think) that Saddam “rejoiced” in the 9-11 attacks.

I see you link to Spectator.org as a reference for Sarah Palin’s “experience”.

I was just over at Spectator.org listing a lot of real facts about Sarah Palin, and the ‘Bots over there (yes, that’s what they are, and they really didn’t like being called that…but they didn’t hesitate to call me every obscene name in the book) refused to accept my links to articles in the Anchorage Daily News, the state of Alaska website, the New York Times, the Washington Independent, etc. etc.

So why should anyone accept your link to Spectator.org as a SOURCE?

Why do conservatives support Sarah Palin?

She increased the sales tax in Wasilla to fund her silly sports complex that left the city more than 20 million dollars in debt! Then there’s all the pork she collected as mayor! Conservative values? Since when?

As governor, before she QUIT, she almost doubled the State’s operating budget in 2 years and increased taxes 400% on the state’s #1 tax payer!

And is everyone aware of the fact that a 13-year old can get an abortion in Alaska without parental consent? Palin did NOTHING to change that. NOTHING.

I used to be a Palin supporter until the obvious could not be ignored anymore. Sorry but you are blinded by this persona she presents which is a complete fraud! Open up your eyes already. If you like her as a person you aren’t helping her. These aren’t just low pot shots people are taking. It’s the truth and she has fooled too many and taken their money. More experience then Obama? On paper only. Obama is smart even if I don’t like his beliefs. Palin didn’t even do a good job as mayor. What are you clinging to?
