VIDEO: MASSACHUSETTS HEALTH “REFORM” AND PATIENT WAIT TIMES

Today Robert Gibbs told Chris Wallace that the voters of the Bay State sent a message of approval for Obamacare last Tuesday. He gave the emerging Dem party line: that the Massachusetts voters who really cared about health reform mostly cast their ballots for Coakley.

He also said Massachusetts voters like the “universal health care program implemented 4 years ago in their state, and that they like Obamacare because it is similar. It’s all BS, but it reminded me of a funny video that provides some insight into real effects of that plan:

This may be the poll that leads Gibbs to say that MA voters like the 2006 reforms.

Even if one accepts this poll as read, it certainly doesn’t support Gibbs’ claim that Massachusetts voters like Obamacare.

The Massachusetts plan, for all its many problems, was not the result of backroom deals, broken promises and procedural skulduggery.

Obamacare suffers from all of these maladies and that is one of the reasons people (including Bay Staters) want to kill the bill.
