Michigan Rep. Bart Stupak says there are 15-20 Democrats in the House who will never vote for the President’s bill. The original House bill passed by only 5 votes. So, even if only 6 or 7 defect, Obamacare 2.0 is DOA.
He goes on to say that it’s not just the language on abortion that they object to. The President’s plan also contains a modified version of the Cadillac tax that Stupak says is a definite deal killer for many House Dems:
