Ironically, Sarah Palin has gotten far more mileage out of the “palm reading” episode than any of her critics. She famously wrote Hi Mom on her palm for a Rick Perry rally.
And, in this video of a recent speech to a pro-life group, she reminds her audience of the incident and quips that her hand notes put her in pretty good company:
Hey, if it’s good enough for God, scribbling on the palm of his hand, it’s good enough for me.
What’s she talking about? This passage from Isaiah 49:16:
I have inscribed you on the palms of my hands, your walls are ever before me.
One reason Palin is impervious to the relentless attacks of the MSM and the Sarahphobes of the whackoshpere is that she can laugh at herself—something pompous progressives can never do or understand.
