Can you honestly imagine an America that has huge numbers of guns and regular massacres, has many citizens denied healthcare by insurers, trains terrorists and engages in phoney wars, fosters a Wall Street casino culture and leaves millions of people to rot in the rust belt? Nah - it could never happen. Yeah, that Michael Moore – just makes it all up.
