GRAYSON TO LAUNCH CAMPAIGN OF LEGAL HARASSMENT AGAINST ANTI-OBAMACARE DOC

Democrat Alan Grayson (D-Whackjob), who has already called Dr. Jack Cassell a racist for exercising his First Amendment rights, now wants to launch a campaign of legal harassment against the good doctor:

[Grayson] is planning to file a complaint against the central Florida urologist who posted a sign on his office door warning supporters of President Obama to find a different doctor.

Dr. Cassell, whose no Obama voters door sign has created so much buzz, has never said he would refuse to treat anyone. He would, however, be well within his rights as a physician in private practice to do so.

In fact, doctors turn patients away all the time. Many, for example, refuse to accept patients with Medicare, which doesn’t pay enough to cover costs. And Cassell certainly isn’t required to provide a politics-free zone.

None of that matters to an irresponsible demagogue like Grayson, of course. Grayson knows he can grab some headlines while forcing Dr. Cassell to spend lots of time and money defending himself against frivolous complaints:

[Grayson] is helping a constituent who was affected by the sign to file a complaint next week with the proper authorities. Grayson will also file additional complaints with all relevant boards or agencies, Grayson spokesman Todd Jurkowski said.

Grayson is a one-man argument for giving the Democrats the bum’s rush in November. And his campaign of harassment against Dr. Cassell is a portent of things to come in the brave new world of Obamacare.
