Now that Obamacare has been passed in defiance of the public will, the Democrats, the White House and various “grassroots” organizations plan to launch a taxpayer-funded ad campaign designed to trick the voters into believing that this much-hated boondoggle is actually a good thing.
When legitimate businesses run ad campaigns, the FDA requires them to conspicuously present information relating to possible side effects. The Heritage Foundation has put together a good video showing what the disclaimers would look like if pro-Obamacare ads were bound by the same rules:
