No … really. That’s what it says. This radio ad from the PA Dept. of Revenue is even creepier than the TV ad I posted a couple of days ago. This is how they “encourage” the citizens of Pennsylvania to pay their taxes:
We are going to make your life VERY complicated … You are going to be one VERY unhappy criminal.
