In case you were wondering why the MSM is attacking Rand Paul about his position on a bill that was passed nearly half a century ago, the answer can be found here:
Rand Paul, riding the momentum of his big Republican Primary win on Tuesday, now posts a 25-point lead over Democrat Jack Conway in Kentucky’s U.S. Senate race.
Yep. 25 points:
[A] telephone survey of Likely Voters in Kentucky, taken Wednesday night, shows Paul earning 59% of the vote, while Conway picks up 34% support.
Naturally, this has the Dems and the MSM (oops, I repeated myself again) worried. So they’re slandering him with the usual phony charges of racism.
I’m a fellow Kentuckian, just like Rand Paul. And I’m familiar with that brand of very subtle racism …
It’s “subtle” alright. Indeed, it is so subtle that it doesn’t exist. Rand Paul NEVER SAID he was opposed to the 1964 Civil Rights Act. How these lying scumbags sleep at night is beyond me.

They are not saying he’s racist, but that he supports the right of private businesses to discriminate, in line with his antifederal government ideology. His attempts to avoid answering a direct question make this obvious.

I’m no expert, marc, by I’m pretty sure this guy is saying he’s a racist and MSNBC is giving him a platform to do it, so…yeah…nice try?
