I guess it was expected to be one those “regular Joe” photo ops, but the manager of Kopps Custard saw it as an opportunity to bug Biden about high tax rates. When Biden asked how much he owed for the custard, the manager replied that it was one the house, but he would be willing to call it even if Biden were to lower his taxes. Biden called the manager a “smart ass.”
