Judge Susan Bolton, who today issued a preliminary injunction against parts of the much-maligned Arizona immigration law, may have well have handed the GOP the midterm elections with a single stroke of her pen. Even the CNN poll says most Americans favor the law, and Chris Matthews correctly (for once) points out that most voters will see the ruling as confirmation that the Obama administration and the Democrats in general have no intention of enforcing federal law:
