As everyone in the galaxy knows by now, a U.S. District Court dealt the Obama DOJ a severe blow today by refusing to dismiss a lawsuit against ObamaCare filed by Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli. The administration had argued that Virginia has no standing to sue, but the judge wasn’t buying.
