Dean seems to think you can have the mandate nuked by the Supreme Court, but the rest of it will remain intact.
Posted 07 Aug 2010 at 6:23 am ¶I read some place that this bill doesn’t have a seperation clause, which means if one part is found to be in violation of the constitution, the whole thing gets tossed. I can’t find where I read that. Catron, have you heard of this?
