North Carolina Senator Kay Hagan gets raked over the coals by one of her constituents over ObamaCare. One of the best points she (the constituent) makes involves unaccountable bureaucrats (like Donald Berwick). She correctly says that she can (and will) vote against the Senator but has no ability to fire the apparatchiks the Dems have put in charge of health care. Senator Hagan responds by mumbling empty platitudes about “universal� health care.

You’re right - i think you should elect all senior officials. Just think - you could stand for head of the FBI and truly get back to investigating all those subversion and radicals who advocate universal healthcare.
