Last Tuesday, Minnesota governor Tim Pawlenty issued an executive order blocking his state from accepting certain Obamacare funds. This made Minnesota the first state to formally refuse to participate in the “reform” charade. In this video, he explains why:
The federal government is basically a drug dealer trying to give out free samples, or give people a taste, get them further addicted.

This is a tactic by Pawlenty in his presidential bid, especially as he’s only got two months left in Minnesota. Even Cavuto looks like he’s suppressing disbelief.
