By now it should be obvious to every sentient being in the galaxy that President Obama was lying when he promised ObamaCare would not force people to give up insurance plans with which they were happy.
In addition to the millions of seniors who will lose their MA Plans (read about the latest victims here), millions of working Americans, possibly including 30,000 McDonald’s employees, will lose their coverage as well:
McDonald’s, in a memo to federal officials, said ‘it would be economically prohibitive for our carrier to continue offering’ the mini-med plan unless it got an exemption from the requirement to spend 80% to 85% of premiums on benefits.
Sebelius responded to this news with her usual fascist tactics. She trashed the WSJ for reporting the story. Also, according to Michelle Malkin, McDonald’s is backpeddling. Sebelius must have issued one of her trademark threats:
