We're not used to seeing bureaucrats picking and choosing what law they'll enforce ... unless you're the Attorney General of the United States, the highest law enforcment official in the land, who swore an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States... like the rest of us in law enforcement did. He called us all cowards? He should look in the mirror. The current DOJ is a disgrace to many law enforcement officers.
