During his visit to Wisconsin to cover the union thugfest, Andrew Breitbart decided to see if he could get one of those fake doctor notes we have been hearing about. Sure enough, he got one. And the diagnosis was Walker Pneumonia:
This gives gives new meaning to “health care reform,” although I have my doubts about the authenticity of this pair of sawbones, which is perhaps why one of the “doctorsâ€? gets nervous and asks the videographer to stop filming.
UPDATE:
“Unlikely Hospitalist” advises that these are indeed actual physicians from the University of Wisconsin, Department of Family Practice. “Unlikely” provides more details at Pundit Press, including a video of Kathy Oriel, MD , Associate Professor and Director of the Madison Residency Program, participating in and justifying this disgraceful behavior.

Unfortunately these physicians are totally legit. Most seem to be faculty at the University of Wisconsin, Department of Family Practice. The attendees include the chair of the department and the program director. I have several posts on the topic.
