The CLASS Act (i.e. the Community Living Assistance Services and Supports Act), according to its supporters, is a provision of ObamaCare that “sets up an insurance system for long-term care for the disabled and elderly.” Among people who can count, however, it is known as “a fraud.”
In fact, even Democrat Senator Kent Conrad called it “a Ponzi scheme.â€? In this video, our esteemed Secretary of HHS admits as much. Her solution is to use her descretionary powers, as granted by Obamacare, to ”reform” it. This woman’s track record is such that most sane people would consider repeal a much safer option:

Financially unsound is the most generous way one can describe the part of Obamacare known as the CLASS Act ( The Community Living Assistance and Supports Act). see here….
