This is the third place winner in the video contest held by the Independent Women’s Voice. In this one, a seven-year-old is called on the phone by an anonymous IRS agent and told the price tag (i.e. the accumulated debt) that she and each of her contemporaries will be burdened with in the cause of “free health care.” He tells her she owes $127,000 and she protests “I’m only seven.” That’s the poignant moment:
