Say it ain’t so, Allen.
Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.), who has emerged as an outspoken conservative voice among GOP freshmen, cast a surprising vote last week against a bill to scrap part of the 2010 healthcare overhaul … West was one of just four Republicans to vote against the measure, which passed 235-191.
If West is already jumping ship on important health care votes, it’s worrisome. But he doesn’t seem to have completely sold out—yet:
A day earlier, West voted in favor of a GOP bill to strip funds from the state-based insurance exchanges created by the 2010 healthcare law.
West spokeswoman Angela Sachitano wouldn’t say why he cast two votes in two days that make him seem a tad schizophrenic.
I really like this guy. I hope these aren’t early symptoms of Beltway disease.

nah, he’s smarter than that. he had to know something about what he was doing or else he would not have done it. military men do not do anything until their plan is in place.
