One of the reasons the “news” media consistently misreport the facts surrounding the various ObamaCare lawsuits is that its journalists are just too dumb to grasp the issues involved. In this video, George Will asks a simple question meant to clarify what’s at stake (i.e. limits on the power of Congress) and it’s obvious none of these idiots get it:
Has the congressional power to regulate interstate commerce been so loosely construed that now Congress can do anything at all … Let me ask the three of you. Obviously, obesity and its costs affect interstate commerce. Does Congress have the constitutional power to require obese people to sign up for Weight Watchers? If not, why not?
