Those morons held that the Old Dominion had no standing because VHCFA was signed into law on March 24 (after PPACA had become law). Only it wasn't. The Virginia law was signed by the Governor on March 10. In other words the Fourth Circuit took 17 weeks on this decision and couldn't even get the basic facts right. You mean a “basic and fatal procedural mistake” like the Fourth Circuit’s factual screw-up on the date of Virginia’s law.
