Last July, I wrote a column for the American Spectator about Elena Kagan’s conflict of interest where ObamaCare is concerned. Since then, more damning information has come out about her involvement in preparing the legal defense of PPACA. In this video, Michael Ostrolenk interviews Carrie Severino, Policy Director of the Judicial Crisis Network, about their new report: “Elena Kagan: The Justice Who Knew Too Much.”
Ms. Severino is no mere journalist or conservative activist. She is a graduate of Harvard Law School, cum laude, and has been a clerk to U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. During this interview she explains why Kagan should recuse herself and adds some interesting information about the technicalities surrounding such a decision. To read Severino’s full report on why recusal is Kagan’s only honorable choice click here.
