WHAT REAL REFORM WOULD LOOK LIKE

Another video from Jill Vecchio. In this one, she his discusses a set of ideas that collectively amount to GENUINE health care reform. Our alleged President insists that no one opposing Obamacare has suggested a better alternative. That’s horse manure, of course, and this is just one example of many that would actually accomplish good things without trampling on our liberty and wrecking the economy:

Great commentary. I thank Dr. Vecchio for her work on this. My only disagreement would be that we have to move away from a fee for service model to realize real cost savings. Posting prices is a feel good measure. Do you believe that a menu system where a patient chooses their services with no medical training is wise or effective? I see a situation where we would have significant gaps in care.

I do agree with getting the government out of health insurance. Let them have an open bid process for the programs just like they do with Tri-Care. Have Medicaid open bid within the states.

I would also say that HSA accounts should be unlinked from health plans. Anybody that wants one should be able to get one.
