Next Monday, the Supreme Court will begin 3 days of hearings on Obamacare. Not many people know the details of the oral argument process (including yours truly), so this video primer from Senator Mike Lee (who served as a law clerk for Justice Alito) is interesting indeed:

Do we know why Kagan hasn’t yet recused?
Posted 23 Mar 2012 at 4:54 pm ¶I carried my lantern through the DOJ while she was the SG, and there wasn’t an honest soul in the joint. She won’t recuse herself because she is utterly corrupt.
She lied to Congress during her confirmation hearings and, when she has recused herself on other cases, it was to provide cover for her intention to hear this case.
