I January I wrote a column titled, “The Thelma & Louise Party,” in which I said that a Romney nomination spelled doom. I said that he was Obama’s preferred opponent, and many Dems said so as well:

As former DNC Chair Donna Brazile admitted after a recent Republican debate, and Peter Ferrara reiterated on Wednesday, Romney is the weakest GOP candidate in terms of potential performance in the general election.

Why was he the weakest choice?

He will not merely be subject to attacks based on opposition research so kindly provided by Newt Gingrich in ‘The King of Bain’ … And he obviously can’t go after the President on Obamacare.

Next time, we need to get Louise out from behind the wheel and put someone in the driver’s seat who has enough sense to understand that RINOs can’t win general elections.

Both Romney and John McCain would have made far better Presidents that the pathological liar we now have in the White House, but they never had a chance of being elected.

yup, that’s it — you need to nominate someone much more conservative than Romney.

    Well, Catron, YOU LOSE.

The collective has spoken, and they want their free, government supplied, health care.

IMHO, the American medical system will be completely integrated with the Canadian medical system by 2016. THAT will be Obama’s crowning achievement.

In our brave new world of government supplied health care, look for logic and reason to prevail. No more CABG surgery for 90 year olds. Elimination of Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs). Massive expansion of community health clinics, bringing day to day services to all, to maintain their health; rather than overcrowded ERs attempting to restore health to those who frittered it away. Universal contraception for all.

Time to shut down this website. Good fight, I commend you.

Sorry, Karl, but the fight isn’t close to being over. And, if your silly prediction comes true, YOU would be the loser.

    Ironically, I’ll be just fine.

So, the site stays up and running and I keep fighting the good fight. Next targets? IPAB and the anti-conscience mandate.

I don’t think Rubio is anywhere near conservative enough.
    How about Allen West?
